Issues: Choose well

Issues
“We live alone, we die alone.” I heard it somewhere, “We are born alone, we die alone” I know that for a fact. Would you conclude one who says that is clinically depressed, on what basis would your argument be set? One can stand to reason saying those are just statements guided by the obvious facts in life as you breathe. I seem to believe life presents itself as it should be but rather not how it is suppose to be, therefore surfacing the issue of fairness.

Someone once wrote: “Until I find out wt fairness really means, I'm hesitant on commenting weather life is fair or not......#Tentative” My response to that was “Life plays no favours therefore I conclude it’s fair”
And yet another would say I am ‘disturbed’ no I am not, I’m just being realistic. All is but in vain, learning, working, maintaining all kinds of ‘relationships’; in the end we all die. Would you say you know what your purpose in life is, how are you making manifestation of it to benefit all? That's what I have not figured out yet, these simple words –my purpose.

How would one classify an issue, what does it look like, how big or small is it? All these are just questions you would need to ask yourself. I read once an issue is small and does not cause alter in one’s life. Does it not have an impact on your psychology or psychology on issues?

We are born to live, and we live to serve a purpose; a purpose once served the item rendering it is dispose of or rendered redundant-which in actual fact means death! Think about it, weather you were or not aware of it; upon your death, your purpose has be well served therefore you are of no use breathing.

These are just some of the constant issues we live around but choose to ignore them, they will catch up eventually; they always do, we are just being ignorant and feeding ourselves with misguided idealistic goals and burnt hopes.

But this is just the thinking of one man- a nobody to everybody.

Anything on nothing

I started this blog for a 'silly' reason some may call it - I included - saw a lady start one on a national television soapy and thought to myself "what the heck"
So here I am, with no topic to write about. I know I am opening myself up for criticism, so what; some if not most of you were just like me when you started blogging, others for the "I have a blog" reason. Does that make me any worse than any of the like, I certainly think not. So yes I might be an 'idiot', I am doing it for the fun of it too...

Writing requires that one has a way with words, I am certainly not even close to being a better writer than you may be; but you still get to understand what I am trying to say right? Therefore, I will write on anything about me, will I get all personal; I doubt the notion. So yah...here goes:

I am a kid –well not entirely a kid since I’m independent of my parents - from the villages in some hot remote place in South Africa, grew up swimming in dirty rivers, drinking the same water after a meal. Am I sick, no? Did I get sick from doing that, certainly not? And now here I am, writing a blog post for whatever number of viewers who will get to see this. Pity me not, for I have now found my feet and can afford to have my grandmother not to make fire everyday so she can cook. "Electricity," finally came to the somewhat forsaken villages, mmmm...What a breather. I ate all kinds of "rubbish" food -as some may call it- when growing up, one that I still eat and enjoy very much is something called "Mopani worms", yes I said it right, WORMS! Some creature you find on certain tree in December and sometime around April, my granny has been doing the harvesting of these things before my time and she still is even today; in fact I expect to get them when I get back to the village since it's that time of the year, Easter.

I stay about 413Km away from my home, that is about a 6 hours drive. Notice the way I used the word “stay” instead of the alternative word “live”, I used it because I regards my current stay in this city for the sake of “a better life” as some see it; So I can provide my parents and my granny better way of living in the village that I will in time return to. I go there every chance I get, long weekends, short holidays or leave days; that is how much I love it back there, all is well and easy. No mortgage payment on the house, running tap water for free, hell we have chickens in our back yard, and a herd of cattle at my granny’s place – on the other side of the river-. I agree it is not a 3 star living style, well let me think, I do not even think we can place a rating on our life style back there; it’s so cheap you would not believe

Though, it is still my home, beloved home. I will be embarking on that 6 hour drive late tonight, the next morning when I wake up – by a rooster craw- I will indulged in a freshly picked of the tree banana on my front porch. Later in the day, an orange, yes I have numerous fruit trees in my yard; NOT FOR SALE. Take my camp chair; relax under the shades of mango trees listening to the sweet sound of nature’s best singers, “birds”. The hours drifting by drawing closer those orange sunsets over the hills, situated 5km away from my house. How refreshing the site.
